PAYMENT FAQs -- PAYPAL, MONEY ORDERS, etc. How do I make payment?
PAYMENT EXPECTED: If you do not pay at checkout, please email me indicating the expected payment time and if you are mailing payment. IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU, the item may be relisted within 2 days. There are too many people "experimenting" with the Ecrater check out who do not intend to pay, hence, I need to know if you intend to complete the purchase. PAYPAL: You may use the Ecrater checkout or make payment directly if you have a Paypal account. Our email address for paying through Paypal is "silverfalconantiques@rocketmail.com". If you are having difficulties, please email. MONEY ORDER: We accept USPS Postal Money Orders only. If mailing payment, use the Ecrater checkout to purchase the item. I will be notified of your purchase and will send an email for acknowledgement. Payment is expected in 10 days. Please email if payment will be delayed--I will be glad to hold an item for you. I will send an email requesting the status of your payment. If I do not hear from you, the item may be relisted.

Please email with your request stating what parts of the item you would like see better. If there are already 10 photos in the Ad, please include your email address and we will send photos directly to you.

Due to the big increase in international shipping rates, I currently ship only to the US. I can provide a quote on request.

COMBINED SHIPPING FAQs: How to I obtain a shipping discount?
Please email us at "silverfalcon@mei.net" and we will provide a shipping quote or revise your invoice. If requesting a quote, please include your location. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your request.

RETURNS FAQs: If the Item I purchase is not as described or has damage that was not described in your Ad, can I return it?
If an item does not appear to be the same one pictured in the Ad, please email us immediately. Indicate the item you purchased and provide digital photos of it if possible. If yours is one of a group of the same item for sale, there may be minor differences in each item because most of our items are used. If the item is significantly different from the item(s) photographed, we will offer you aternative resolutions to the problem which may include returning the item for a full refund including shipping or a partial refund if you would like to keep the item as is. If you wish to return an Item due to Buyer's Remorse, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and the refund will be issued only after the item has been carefully inspected and is in the same condition it was when shipped. Damage due to shipping will be handled through the claims process with the shipper, IF insurance was purchased. We will assist you in any way needed to process the claim.

YES. New items continue to arrive on a regular basis. Feel free to email for inventory on a specific pattern or piece.

What is included in shipping charges?
Shipping is usually by USPS First Class (for packages 13 oz or less) or Priority and includes Delivery Confirmation. All purchases over $100 will require insurance. Any item priced at $70 or more will have insurance already figured into the cost of shipping. All items priced under $70 DO NOT include insurance in the quoted shipping charge--But it can be added at your request.

FEEDBACK FAQs: How do I leave feedback?
First, the purchase must be completed using the Ecrater checkout system. Ecrater will send you a 'Noreply' email containing a link that will allow you to leave feedback. Many of these emails end up in Spam Filters, so check your spam folder after making the purchase. Ecrater will send a second notification two weeks after the purchase giving you another chance to leave Feedback.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE FAQS
INSURANCE is NOT included in the price of any item listed under $70. Generally, I do insure purchases of multiple items that exceed $70 in value, but that is at my option unless the buyer requests, and pays for, insured coverage. SHIPPING of Items UNDER 13 oz is usually USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. Items Over 13 oz and Under 2 lbs are usually shipped USPS PRIORITY. Items Over 2 lbs may be shipped USPS Standard or Priority, depending on Size, Weight, and Shipping Zone. The least expensive option will be chosen unless Buyer requests, and pays for, a more expensive option, such as Express Mail. HEAVY items (generally over 8-10 pounds), may be shipped UPS. EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please enquire if you need an item in a short period of time.
